Threadjack: I've got most of the Lomax recordings, collected over the years in bits and pieces since I first heard them in college. However, thanks to the internets, you can hear a lot of them on the Library of Congress site: http://www.loc.gov/folklife/lomax/ We owe an amazing debt to this man. I shudder to think of the culture that would have been lost without him. |
