maxmox Apr 24, 2013 - 04:43 | The cover art looks a good realist painting of a photograph. |
Giselle62 Mar 26, 2013 - 21:06 | just really heard this but i tend to like his stuff. |
clive369 Mar 21, 2013 - 12:18 | Cool song. Can't help, however, thinking there's a slighty creepy undertone, viz: "Your beauty / honesty etc is nothing compared to what .... you WILL become .... in time." Really. How? Can't help feeling the Red Dragon would approve. |

RKeaton Oct 15, 2012 - 18:05 | Very good track, but as I said before there are 3 or 4 better songs on the album than this one. |
Tilman Oct 04, 2012 - 21:08 | Not sure who was first, but sounds like Ray LaMontagne?!? |

Nurs Aug 29, 2012 - 14:17 | I don't know him... |
RKeaton Aug 13, 2012 - 17:57 | The whole album is very solid for me, probably my favorite work by him so far. I uploaded one other track but it was sent into "reviewing" purgatory... |

Orodrigues Aug 13, 2012 - 16:01 | A "new" Cat Stevens? |
SmartDeeDee Aug 08, 2012 - 14:16 | I've loved Glen Hansard after watching Once. That movie's soundtrack shows how good he is, and hopefully it brought people closer to his music. This song in particular is very sad but has somethingvery special about it too. Nice selection. |
SpamNRice Jul 26, 2012 - 23:53 | WOW! Very moving - I'm hearing the inner Cat Stevens and Ben Harper being channeled — very honest and nice. Granted not a party tune, but a needed respite on the long road ahead. Follow up with William Fitzsimmons fits nicely as well, but... you better pick it up, I can't rest at this stop much longer!!! Things to do, people to see, merchandise to be broken, heads to roll, etc., etc., etc. |
robh Jul 18, 2012 - 13:59 | There really is something about this tune. It's different and rather enjoyable |
old_shep Jul 15, 2012 - 10:02 | Snoozer. |
Bleyfusz Jul 13, 2012 - 05:33 | There is something about it that reminds me of Astral Weeks. |
chelsiaann Jul 11, 2012 - 11:52 | Sad as hell. Still quite likable. |
Rachoh Jul 06, 2012 - 10:43 | There seems to be something really forced and insincere with a majority of his music - but I thought his work w/ the Frames was better than his single work. I feel he is trying too hard to be poignant like a traditional tortured Irish poet, but falls very short. While I like the music for its atmosphere, I rarely feel moved or remember it beyond the end of the tune. |
