I always think of "ER" when I hear this. There was an episode from way back involving Sherry Stringfield's character, her sister on the show, and a lost baby. I don't remember the particulars of the story, but I remember them singing the song to get past the hurt. Howard Stern singing this song must be one of the seven signs of the apocalypse. |
