an interesting perspective . . . but the music transcends all that, no? Or perhaps is a statement against such practices?

It reminds me of the scene in Band of Brothers where the German musicians are sitting in the middle of their devastated town playing Beethoven, while members of the brave 101st look on.

I listen to this music and I forget all about that other KGB. Perhaps the best revenge.
