coachc Feb 01, 2013 - 04:26 | I wonder if they have any decent music left in them. Really enjoyed "Rush of Blood" and "Parachutes" but not much after that. No shame in making two pretty good albums but not being able to follow up. |
NeuroGeek Jan 29, 2013 - 13:19 | My shallow opinion is that Coldplay was much better before Chris met Gywneth. Glad he's happy though - that's worth more to the universe than satisfying my taste in music. |
borderlessworld Jan 29, 2013 - 13:16 | Where can I download this song?! Been looking for this version for ages ... it's so much better than the album version. |

This is one of the weakest songs on the album, though - I was surprised that they released it as the first single. Speed of Sound was the first single. :) |
jocelynsart Aug 25, 2012 - 11:50 | this sounds a bit different than I recall - don't like it as much |

This is another great song that belatedly brought me back to Kraftwerk's Computer Love which I had never listened to when I was 12 in 1981. I wonder if that ever gets any play on RP. There is very little Kraftwerk played here but a couple of the notes from that riff remind me of the song "Computer Love" and the theme throughout the "Computer World" album (which I listened too very frequently in 1981 and after), as well. I think this song is pretty likable, despite its detractors. |
Catecaneverall Jul 25, 2012 - 01:57 | it's a fine song. the whole album ist great for road trips. |
dwlangham Jun 26, 2012 - 06:59 | From 5 to a 4. Definitely doesn't wear well with age. Perhaps had it not been so overplayed from the outset. |
WABX Jun 26, 2012 - 06:57 | Can we just call Coldplay the poor man's U2? What a sad rip-off. |
