Would've liked to have said the potatoes come from the backyard as well but we just put the potatoes in the ground and they will not be ready for harvest till the fall. It really brings you closer to the earth when you get more acquainted with where your food comes from and how it is brought to you. Haven't had yet but got homemade grilled hash browns with nothing but potatoes, sea salt and fresh ground pepper and scrambled eggs from the backyard on the cook. Simple, wholesome and elegant! {#Hungry}

Our standard Paleo breakfast bowl: a hard-boiled egg, a home-made turkey/pork sausage, mustard and some mufaletta relish all chopped up in a bowl. nomnom!

Ham,egg,cheese and cucumber sammich and pineapple spears with a glass of chocolate milk.

Contemplating adding some oatmeal with banana and mixed berries,but I'm going to crash as soon as Pops eats and don't want to try to sleep on a stomach distended like a basketball.

edit-went for the oatmeal,some strudel and more chocolate milk.I can't move.
