Okay, I chose a banner pic over lunch and published that thang. I think it's an improvement...for once, FB seems to have made something better!
awesome! for some reason, Timeline doesn't show up on FB at my work computer (a pc) but it does at home. so i'll go check you out when i get home tonight!
Advance apologies, this is crude. But, I've been laughing about it all morning.

"It's so important to be inclusive in your communications. So I want all of my friends to take some time out of their Monday to learn how to say "Twat Waffle" in ASL. You never know when this knowledge will be useful. Cheers. XOXO"
Edit: Incidentally, he is the first of my friends I've noticed to have adopted the "timeline" feature. It's actually kind of cool.
I pre-installed the timeline a couple of months ago... I like it but I'm too lazy to actually go back and put stuff in from 1974 etc.

"I like how Facebook has thoughtfully grouped together five friends' posts about Christmas that are actually about 1) fired from job just in time for the holidays; 2) a Christmas tree up the ass; 3) stomach flu; 4 & 5) the war in Iraq."
I'm still so thrilled about the "highlighted stories" idiocy but yeah, the grouping bullshit is great too.

The co-worker's post just now:
My Son asked for a rather "hard to find" toy on his wish list the other day. When I told him to not get his hopes up because it would be almost impossible for me to find.... he replied "That's why I put it on Santa's list to just make, Mom." :) how do you answer that one??
I'd say hey, you should know by now that there is no such thing as Santa Claus, it's just a story to tell little kids and you're a big kid now, right? Because if you're not....
