Buy an Express. Plug it into your stereo. Stream to it via wifi from your iphone. Use the iphone like a remote.

Jabra Cruiser, $33.95 through Amazon. Pair it (Bluetooth) with your iPhone, turn on the Jabra's FM transmitter and your stereo's FM receiver.

I use it in my car, and it mutes the music if you receive or make a phone call.

we use an airport express hooked to the stereo and stream from any of the computers or the iphone over the wifi.

Yeah but the remote feature is exactly the beauty of this concept.

I could control what I'm listening from my bed, with the stereo on the other side of the room. I also could easily control what's playing during a parrty or in a barbecue, without having to walk over to the stereo.
