More power to them, I guess, for writing one song, recording it a bunch of times with different titles, and making tons 'o cash doing it.

I could only stomach about 30 minutes or so of the show. When they won their first award I got nauseous. When the P'cat Dolls performed, my mom says "hell, why didn't they just put 5 poles on the stage for them?"

Sorry to hear this. It's not a good week for limbs around here.

Take care, OK? Make sure they get a decent CT scan.

Thanks, Beth. I'll be checking on a good doctor tomorrow morning.

Who else got hurt this week?

It was getting better. Friday I stopped the crutch use. Saturday I stopped wrapping it. Today, I was putting something away in a closet that has a step up that's about 18 inches high. I put my right leg up first, knowing that the weight of pulling myself up with my left one would be too much. However, without even thinking that it could do damage, when I stepped up with my right I also pushed off a bit as I lifted my left leg, and that was it.

So, I guess I'm going to a doctor this week.

Sweet Jesus and Mary Chain, why are you half-baked fat-a**ed wastes of space making my life so utterly complicated? All I want to do is sit here in my vast teak desk sipping scotch and studying "reports", and you have to spoil it by making me decide things and stuff.

That's it. Schlabby, hold my calls. I'm on vacation until further notice.
