I just had something of an epiphany. I have been stalled in my arty inspiration, fumbling around in the dark trying to find a new direction, bored with what I've been doing. It suddenly just now occurred to me that I was sooooooooo happy when we first moved into the house and my focus was on taking junk from the attic, flea markets, and second-hand stores and turning it into funky furniture for the house. I think I may be onto something here, it might be time to take all those years of arty work and redirect them towards rehabbing (and then maybe selling) furniture ~> art pieces.
