Ah HA! Just as I suspected. Ok then...I'll download....I finally aborted the upload and started again, and it's still slow.

I've had to try uploading videos more than once before but it shouldn't take that long. I would definitely save them to your computer first. Flickr has its glitches and slow moments for sure and as Xeric said, it could be because it's the first night after a holiday weekend. Everyone is uploading their fireworks n such.

doing anything from a memory card is slow. I would guess uploading from it would be painful. I have no idea why it's stuck at 99. I don't use flickr much. it might be finished. can you go to your page and check?

I don't know, but of course Flickr can be maddeningly slow when it's busy. And tonight, first free evening after the holiday, it might well be busy indeed.

Are my videos (really short ones) taking forever to upload into Flickr because I'm uploading directly from the memory card? What the hell? Do I need to download them to desktop first? This is crazy!
