WOW! Needless to say you were PO'd ! Did you give them a nasty phone call, strong letter to follow ? How the heck could an installer forget an important thing like not hooking up a drain-plug (?). Hope it didn't wreck the floor ! Might not be a bad idea to check the floor.

Nothing like getting home (after working late and then getting stuck in a looooong traffic jam on the bus) and finding that the new washer/dryer that got installed has leaked all over the bathroom floor and gotten everything soaked...........and not a mop or a rag in the house............when you've got plans tonight (like in 90 minutes).

Good times.

Maintenance is on the way..........
