plain yogurt with shredded mozzarella cheese mixed into it... along with whole wheat toast (dry) and a glass of apple juice

banana afterwards

(now if only it would stay inside my system and not turn to liquid like so much else has...

)

Shredded Sheet with soy milk, blueberries and local strawberries. OJ, Had a banana later and having ice coffee now.

I'm really, really picky about strawberries and will just not eat them if they're not local and fresh. What's the point? I used to go to a berry farm and pick them every year and got spoiled that way. They're like rubies, hiding under the leaves. You could eat as many as you wanted in the field. Yum.

Corny Beast Hash, Hash browns, Stamped out processed Turkey masquerading quite unconvincingly as bacon, homemade whole wheat raisin bread with honey and grapefruit juice and now onto freshly ground and pressed coffee.
