I hear ya.  Drew Brees is the best in the game right now imo.

Kudos to the NFL schedulers for pitting what I believe to be 2 of the best 3 teams this year against one another right off the bat! (the other is the Saints who I think is going to win it all this year).  Should be a great game just like last year!{#Dancingbanana_2}

Businesses lose $14B in productivy to fantasy football

Thursday - 8/14/2014, 8:31am  ET

WASHINGTON — Workers who check how their fantasy football teams are doing while on the job will contribute to an estimated $14 billion in lost productivity, the global outplacement consultancy Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc. says.

 About 31 million working-age Americans participate in fantasy football, with much of their drafting of players and team management done while on the job.

However, there are a precious few places where the talk is walked. Texas' new coach Charlie Strong has suspended a number of players, including top stars, for various infractions. He has five 'Core Values' that are inviolate: honesty, treating women with respect, no drugs, no stealing and no weapons. God has ten, but Coach Strong only asks for five: not that much considering he is in a position to determine whether you make millions in the NFL, or become a used-car salesman.
Many of the boosters (read: $$$$) are mad at Coach for ejecting top talent, but the rest of us are happy to see those spoiled bitches get a smackdown. Their training facilities put pro teams to shame! Ridiculous.

He's making a big impression here. Reminds me of the scene in 'Stripes' where Bill Murray thinks he take old Sgt. Hulka, then Sarge administers an old-fashioned whuppin'.  I think Coach Strong could whip most of those guys if it came down to it.
