The festive holiday decor was taken down, and put away, on 12/26.  My personal tradition since my mom died.  

Yesterday was a nice day to stay home, watch it snow, and relax.  

Today, it's very cold outside (by OK standards), but I kind of want to take a walk later.  Maybe another good workout on my elliptical.  Having a harder time keeping the anxiety at bay today....tomorrow morning brings another trip to the breast care center for another look, probably another biopsy, at something on the side that has NOT been found to contain cancer.

Inhale. Exhale. Repeat.

i don't think it has sparked up (we see a few cases because of travel to higher risk areas)

what seems to be on the radar lately is chikungunya virus/fever

spread the same way but usually not fatal
