Hi triskele - hope you're doing well!

As for the weather here in Atlanta, I was shocked when I went outside a few minutes ago. There's a nice breeze and it feels quite pleasant, a big change from a couple of hours ago. And blue skies instead of haze. I will enjoy it while it lasts.

Was pretty nice out here today...we only reached 75 (I think)... compared to the 80s and 90s we had before, this was a welcome change.
However, some of the mets here are calling for thunderstorms...so far, the conditions are PERFECT for any storms to fire up. I'll stop there... I'm afraid to show off my weather geek side lol.

Yes, but the whole area is a river delta. Most of those farms there on reclaimed land and there is something like 700 miles of rivers in the area. It's a weird place to have a boat like this, but there is a wet pathway to get it home if a deal can be made.  It's an interesting area and history, you would probably it.
And it's supposed to be mid 70s here today - perfect.

Interesting at least. Learned a little bit more and am very interested. Still need to de-leverage something first, but I would pay up for this one now, it's the best boat I've seen for what I want.  The logistics of getting it home would be on the 'pro' column except for that paying for fuel bit. This beast holds 850 Gallons. Depending on how fast we bring it up, it would need to be refueled at least once - if we went fast, it would take several!

I agree.
It's always mentioned the desert has a dry heat... t'aint always true.
And it's said around these parts... "it's gotten worse lately because of all the golf courses built in the last "xx" years".
Well my grandparents moved to this valley in 1958. Guess what? It got very hot and very humid when we went to visit them way back.
Not much change really.
If anything, driving to work early in the morning on a nasty hot day approaching, it will be a heck of a lot cooler passing golf courses than open desert.
And I don't even like golf. {#Cheesygrin}

It is really tough working out in the humidity when you drink a gallon of water before lunch time.
And your legs sweat so much, your shoes go "Squish, squish" because of your sweat.

Although they aren't related,steerage is one of those words like chattel.Or ball room dancing.Although ball room dancing is 3 words,unless you spell it ballroom dancing.Then it's 2 words.
Then the weirdo cults,Democats and Trump supporters want to make it one word and call it ballroomdancing.

 WTF is wrong with you and your favorite band?
