RIP to Milo the 19 year old cat who I found as a scrap of a kitten in an apartment in North Philadelphia at the age of about 6 weeks.... being stepped on by a 3 year old..... he lived with me and my bf at the time til I left with my cat Missy, and he kept Milo-mew..... Milo then went to live with the ex-es mother, who moved to Denver some years back (I helped her and the Mew move out there.)
LeMew was put to sleep on Monday.
I've never had a cat live that long. Crazy,      what a life!

What a phenomenally lucky and adaptable cat. Condolences and props for 19 years well spent on either end. As one who has let's just say "very many " cats, all formerly dumped, hurt and/or feral, I know this to be true: You put your cat to sleep because you are willing to take on the pain of missing them in order to free them of suffering or just feeling like cr*p.  That is the payback for 19 years of love and cat-loving lessons. So you have them put to sleep. They peacefully "die." They take a good long nap like a played-out kitten and the next thing they know they are waking up in heaven. You remember them kindly and when they are ready, they come back...as your next cat.

See that is the thing, there really is no such thing as deactivating.  You are still on there and as soon as you sign in, you are reactivated.  There is no way to delete your account though.

Doesn't let you do that anymore, but I did it when they still did.  I know that FB has all of my info because of advertising, but at least no FB users have any of it, I didn't use any real personal info at all.

I bet he used a valid email address that wasn't otherwise already part of the FB database. Not that I would really know....except that's what I had to do when setting up Zach's account. Couldn't use the email address associated with my own.

Oh, but FB knows everything. It's watching. I was googling all kinds of Crater Lake stuff, next thing I know Crater Lake ads are showing up in FB.
