After reading a little of "Wheat Belly," my son-in-law and daughter and I are no longer eating any wheat products at all, and no starchy non-gluton replacements to see what happens.  So far so good.  Luckily the three of us are not afraid to experiment with foods and textures.  Stops the gas by gosh. Now exploring nut flour recipes after having some cookies made without wheat flour of any kind, and they were amazing.  I will report on our experience from time to time if anything interesting occurs.

True; don't brush with orange juice either - or at least don't eat toothpaste right after you do.
