2 baseball threads?

There was a bug several years back that caused a lot of the threads to disappear.  I can't remember if they were completely inaccessible or just not showing up in searches.  Rather than waiting for Bill to fix things people started creating new versions of the some of the ones that went AWOL.  There are two copies of several of the more popular topics.  It was kind of confusing for a while when they all came back, but eventually things got sorted out.   The most recently used thread should show up first in a search and most of the temporary emergency threads don't get accessed anymore.  There always have been a few little hiccups in the search functions though that from time to time keep it from finding things you know are there.  It doesn't hurt to have a bookmark or two for threads you post in a lot as well as one for the bug reports thread.   At least whoever created the baseball one used two question marks in the title to differentiate it.  Some of them have identical titles.

This one surprised me. It sounded like Texas was going all in for him, but couldn't get it done. Cleveland actually got him at a relatively decent price, without having to commit to excessive years. It was generally thought he wanted 5@$125mil - nice work!

Gonna LOVE seeing Sale with a B on his cap the next few years.
Now bring me Encarnacion... {#Cheers}

We, the Indians are talking to him, looking to replace Napoli.  He definitely helped get us to the Series, but once there, he didn't get it done.

The Chicago Cubs World Series victory is pretty much the ONLY positive thing that happened in this otherwise horrible, disgusting year. It's a bit dismaying, that being the case.
