What with all the crap going on, here's a little more I didn't feel like mentioning: Scott Miller, from 80s pop band Game Theory and later from Loud Family, (also my Facebook e-Friend) died on Monday.
Most of the Game Theory stuff was well-regarded in the alt-pop college radio days but it sounds dated now. But if you like Robyn Hitchcock jangly-smart-odd pop songs, you'll like them. Loud Family is easier to listen to these days. Not that GT was difficult but, well, 80s.
Loads of music from Game Theory is available for free download at the the Loud Family site, probably for a limited time. It's been unavailable in any form for years.
love the music
and more importantly, my condolences on your friend scott

Windows or Mac? On Windows XP and newer, simply right click on the zip file and select Extract All...
I'm not sure how to do it on a Mac, but I think zip extraction is also built in to the OS these days.
Correct.
You could also install a browser extension (Chrome, Firefox at least) that will let you automatically download all the individual MP3s on the page. Download Them All for Firefox, for example.

That is outstanding, thank you! I actually saw some tracks I was thinking about getting anyway (especially that Foxygen). SXSW is a wonderful resource for new music!

There's a part in the opening lyrics that sounds like he says "git 'em rabbits". Ha ha ha I guess.
