Looking at options to put about 4KW of lithium batteries in the boat, so maybe vaporization starts at home? Or be careful with your charge cycles....

Frigid (for us) here today, with drizzle/sleet/snow forecast. Austin is effectively shut down already. But I'm at the grind here at home, no snow day for me.

Aloha!

Recently read a book that had a description of a place along the
upper reaches of a tributary of the Feather River in California:

A campsite by the riverside suitable for a small truck with camper
shell (circa late 1950s to early 1960s) near tumbling waters (not deep)
that can be crossed on foot by stepping on large rocks and boulders
(narrator got his feet wet), with green cliffs of olivine (nearly vertical) on
the side opposite the road and the campsite (possibly to the west or
northwest, would be in sunlight by mid-morning).  Location is in a canyon
or gorge.  Had good fishing. Description is from a time with briskly cool
weather, without snow; possibly late summer or early autumn.

Seeing as how Paradise, California is in that area, does anybody on the
forum recognize a possible spot that matches this description?  I would
like to go camping there.  Thanks!

'Bye,

Howdy!
Thanks for the reply.  I wouldn't have said anything if I hadn't heard a song repeat.
Perhaps it's related to my media player or some other computer issue.  Using the stream
address:

http://stream-dc1.radioparadise.com/aac-320

Have noticed this happening on 2 different computers (not at the same time);  one runs
windows XP and the other is Windows 7 (sometimes also Ubuntu).  Any idea what's
happening to cause this?  Mostly I am quite pleased with your station.  Keep up the
good work, folks.

Greatly enjoy your station; you play an excellent variety of songs.  I particularly like how you occasionally
put non-rock music into the mix. Erik Satie is delightful.  Having said all that, it would be nice if no song got
played twice in a week, let alone the same day.  There is so much music out there; please give us more
obscure melodies as well as the big hits  (Yes, you are already doing this, but you could do so much better.).
I crave diversity and relish novelty; at home I can go months before playing the same album twice (have a
huge collection). Winamp is my player of choice; love the visualizer light show.  'Bye!
                         Thanks,
