I was half right...It looks a bit like movie director John Ford to me but the clothes are too newish...It is a movie director though, and I'd have never correctly guessed which one.

Not a car guy, really. A friend in college said I reminded her of Lee Iacocca, the former head of Chrysler, when the company was selling the K-car as part of its comeback. I do follow the sports team employing the badly drawn gentleman, so that's how I recognize the sketch. It's not as fun to follow the NFL these days, though, given all the damage it does to the players' brains...
 Yeah, this movie was eye opening for me.
