Well my sister's dog can drop a pound on command any time night or day, even if he just did go. It's amazing. He'll drop a load, hop in the car for the drive to work, then when he gets out a half hour later, she says "you better poop!" before going into the office so he runs over and drops another yard bomb within 10 seconds.

Probably has something to do with her prior living situation and schedule for getting out for exercise. In quarantine, Misty learned to poo anywhere. Preferably in the middle of the footpath on walkies. Don't know if that's better or worse than a dog that likes to hide them where you are going to step in the garden.

That's what I did with Lydia/Middy. Originally I was thinking Middy could be short for Midnight (black dog, ya know) or Smidgen (little dog, ya know) but it just became Middy short for nothing.

You can go for something similar. I'm sure I mentioned that Spock came with the name Spot. I mean why would you name a Dalmatian, Spot? His sister was Dot and now goes by Dotty, which is marginally better.

Our neighbors had a dog named Jeff, though. That still makes me laugh.
