When I lived in Colorado, we would always go hike up under the lifts in the late spring (after ski season ended). I got a few decent watches back after the waiting period in the lost & found, but someone claimed the diamond ring we found. Usually found enough cash for lunch and gas, and all the chapstick and chewing tobacco you felt like carrying down. |

We have a lot of Chickadees in our backyrd.They are so friendly and beautiful. I can hold up a handful if niger seed and they will land on your hand and eat the seed. Chickadees and Cardinals are my faves. Song Sparrows have the most beautiful repetior of songs I've ever heard. Gotta watch for the big Redtail Hawks tho. They like to grab the Mourning Doves. It/s sad but that's nature I guess.
