Been a long time since I got hooked on a TV show but Peaky Blinders is so well done. Violent, but honestly only once did I think they went too far.

Feels a lot like Miller's Crossing. Tom Hardy is great in it. Now I've watched all the eps so far, dangit.

A wonderful series.  Worth another watch.  Mark Rylance is very, very good as Cromwell.

I want to like this so much ... great cast, locations (Virginia), period details, but the story/writing is so confusing! Sigh.

I'm conflicted about Colin Farrell, and really don't care for Vince Vaughn. Might have to skip season 2, though I was riveted by season 1, which seemed to me was wrapped up hastily.

I remember her doing some shows when she was a kid, but I don't know if I ever watched 'Hello Larry'.
I'd forgotten about this disastrous show - the original "Saturday Night Live".  The article is pretty interesting.

I always thought of having a band named "Hello Larry".  It's funny (or sad) that Stevenson had two other pathetically-failed sitcoms before that one.

That's pretty much priceless right there.  It isn't actually proof, I guess, that anyone ever did watch "Hello, Larry," but it seems someone at least tried.

We only got 2 channels back then; never understood why TV Guide was a thing.

Nightwatch on A&E...It follows the EMS, Fire Dept., and the police of New Orleans as they do their jobs...Each episode covers one shift from 8 PM until 4 AM. Nice to see the city again.
