When Jasper was 5, we were dancing to some music in the kitchen. I guess he was having a good time, because he yelled, and I quote, verbatim, " Gimme the beat , good storm troopers!" He may have seen Star Wars a few too many times. |

A recent bits of nonsense from C, who will turn 13 next month- "I bet a zombie potluck would be boring." "Geico should get rid of the lizard and make their mascot a character called The Fifteen Percenter Moron." While sitting at the kitchen table quietly doing her homework, she looks up at me as I pass through the room and says in her spookiest voice "VAAAAAAMPIRE WITH AN UNDERBITE" and sticks her plastic halloween fangs in upside-down to demonstrate. She's always been a funny kid, but as her sense of humor matures, I'm getting the impression she's going to be frickin' hilarious as an adult.
