If I do a search from the Firefox toolbar I get "Directory Listing Denied". If I just try to go to a google page (such as your link above) my ISP captures it like it would if I mistyped the address...

NYTimes article about the outage this morning. Can anyone else get anywhere on Google now?

It is functioning normally here
