Thought I would let you know that we got to say goodbye to our friend before they took her to where ever it is they take our lost loved ones. Her Mom is hanging in there. Carrine and her were more than just a mom and a daughter. They were best friends and then some.
I can not tell you the saddness that is around my heart right now. Today when Kurt and I went up to the transplant floor and also Hillcrest Hospital to let them know. It was a happy time for them to see my Kurt looking so well. Hugs were given all around. We let them know about Carrine.
You know for Christmas Kurt and I did not exchange gifts. No money to spend on each other right now. But I got just what I wanted ... I have my Kurt healthy and with me. Thank-you God. And please take good care of our friend. She was just to good for this world and needed go home. We will miss her. This world lost a beautiful, caring and loving person today.
