Apple cider vinegar.
Or
Grapefruit seed extract (sold in health food stores as NutriBiotic). ten drops in a glass of water along with two activated charcoal capsules (availble at your local pharmacy), followed a half hour later with a good amount of high micro-organism count probiotics.
This last is my 'stomach repair kit' that I travel to third world countries with. I wouldn't be without it. At the first sign of stomach lurching or gurgling I dose myself and within the hour I am fit and fine. But it will still work if you start later rather than sooner.
