Would never have made it to vinyl had not there been someone in the studio with a tape recorder...one of the first of the kind..

Cowboy Junkies - Me and the Devil

Always thought this was their best...spare and minimalist with deep feeling. If you're looking for incredible musicianship, no this album ain't it. But if you want to hear an original blues sound, played sparingly and under the influence of a hangover...this is it. S
