If i have to load IE, log in to RP, and interupt my work to post a comment on the current song, it means its really good or really bad IMO. this is one of the really bad variety.

Nice and catchy. To the naysayers: The definition of good music is not "it sounds bad".

Well put. To correct: The definition of BAD music is "It sounds bad". This sounds bad. This is bad music.
Roger Waters/Sinéad O'Connor - Mother
(Jun 25, 2004 - 08:39)
No. Some songs should not be covered. Some songs are more than just the music and vocals. Some songs are simply untouchable, and to cover them is a terrible, terrible thing. This track is a terrible, terrible thing.
Beethoven - Moonlight Sonata
(Jun 23, 2004 - 13:05)
As wonderful as this piece is, the pianist's translation isn't quite there. A bit hesitant for most of it, and he/she misses some key "mood swings", and doesnt give it thier all...

Legion of Green Men - Beyond the Borderless
(Jun 23, 2004 - 06:33)
Enh, isn't really doing anything for me.
R.E.M. - It's The End Of The World As We Know It (And I Feel Fine)
(Jun 03, 2004 - 13:20)
Classic...
Guster - Jesus On The Radio
(Jun 03, 2004 - 12:54)
I have been with Guster since thier very first album.
If there is a more talented, clever, or soulful rock trio from the mid to late nineties around, I have yet to hear them.

Every album has a uniqueness. A feeling. Every song has depth, tactileness, and soul. They are the most exciting group to see live that I've encountered in the last five years, but make sure to get them in a small venue, not the big ones like when they tour with John Mayer, Counting Crows, etc... Buy, download, beg, borrow, or steal anything that you cen get your hands on with "Guster" on the label... If you appreciate anything tasteful, you will not be disapointed.
Tom Waits - Tom Traubert's Blues (Four Sheets To The Wind In Copenhagen)
(Jun 03, 2004 - 12:35)
Well Put

Tom Waits is a song-writer's GOD. His voice may be cruddy, but you wouldn't ask Dylan to change his, would you?

Hevia - Pericote

Please allow me to be the second...

i feel sorry for anyone who can't enjoy this band or its music... sigur rós are one of the few bands that exist today that are extending rock 'n' roll's lifespan... they are also brilliant live...
