(Feb 19, 2007 - 15:46)
Another band that evokes such passion, the jazz influences, the heavy handed hooks, what can I say but they are unique. On a desert island this is a must. I give it a 12.

the scene at his concerts over the last few years may have gotten annoying, but that does not detract from the band's music, nor his writing. And yes, he has a unique sounding voice.

Shame on you. If you want to justify why you like the tune, that's cool. But to simply attack the poster is so...Republican.

I still wonder where one defines "zero information"
Evene posts that just agree with one of both sides with just "me too" or "I don't" have information value.
I feel so pitty for all of you poor people that are brainwashed to think U2 songs are actually good to listen to. I won't hold you from it. I just thorroughly enjoy the new stuff I hear here, like "Butch Baldassari Trio" (Super stuff) and "Outback", both of which I never heard before.
I went to an Irish pub in Birmingham, and they had no problem in selecting the Dubliners over U2 :)
Those were great meals!

Super song! If you were in college in the 70's this was the "crank it up song". The most requested song late night night at WXYC UNC Chapel Hill in 1979. Crank it, stand up, and sing w/ Bruce as LOUD as you can...You'll get it.
