In my mind there is no question that the lyrics is Bars of Orion, which makes perfect sense given the next line is "Julie I'd do the stars with you anytime"

The Bars of Orion is used by stargazers to locate various other constellations in the night sky (more info), so to me the lyrics tell of when Romeo used to take Juliet out to watch the night sky, and now when he gazes upon Orion he remembers that time.

Betelgeuse wrote:

While Orion is a constellation and there are deep sky objects that you can find using the stars in Orion, I have never heard the term "Bars of Orion" (nor, apparently, has google, aside from references to this song). Moreover, while the picture you show is part of the Orion Nebula, such structure is completely invisible to the naked eye. The nebula that you show in that picture appears as little more than a single point of light if viewed with the naked eye.

So. . . ummm. . . count this as one more vote for "bars of a rhyme."

To be specific the serial numbers were 0171 & 0268.
They were also shipped a spare OBRP DSP-II CCA S/N: 0091 signed for by Dean Hazama the ILO agent on 27 April 2005.

If they have need for another one, it should be requisitioned through normal supply channels.

I live and breathe music, everything from Chopin to Cannibal Corpse; Flatt and Scruggs to Keoki. But I just can't dig the Beatles. To me, this sequence sounds schizophrenic, disjoint, and heavy handed. I'm left without anything to hold onto here--neither soulful confession, nor any sort of sustained groove, nor orchestration I can enjoy.

I appreciate that they've got more talent in a pinky finger than I'll ever have in my whole body. So don't think I'm dissin'.

There are a few tracks I like, but I hear something like this, and think, "Is this it? Is this the story that's written into our very DNA?" I guess that part of me is a lizard.

You don't have to like a band, but dismissing on grounds of similarity to someone before is rather goofy don't you think.

I rather doubt it. Having literally "grown up" with the beatles, I find this to be as innovative & progressive (maybe not 'visionary') as, oh, say, "RUBBER SOUL", The WHITE ALBUM, "ABBEY ROAD", "SGT. PEPPERS...", "MAGICAL MYSTERY TOUR"; I hope that is enought for the PIN-HEADS to GET THE POINT. Much of their music was maligned by critics, parents, fans (due to radical departures from what they were USED TO/STUCK ON hearing. Art is not about being stuck-in-a-rut. Afterr the Moppet-days ('62-'64, or there-about) a lot of early teeny-bop/bubble-gum fans hated the directions they took. Said they were done, etc..... critics (main-streamers) proclaimed their demise as well. Guess the Lads from Liverpool showed 'em WOT4, eh?

Johnny Cash - The Man Comes Around

To be listened to. JC has some of the best gospel type tunes I've heard. I don't regard them all as 'fire & brimstone' nor are they soft & gentle pleas to be good. They are his version of his vision of how God spoke to him through scripture. Since this is based on REVELATION, it does tend to sound a bit heavy-handed

Really though, the drummer's quite good - he keeps the rhythm in the characteristic thrumming steady, but jeezus the rest of the song changes beat a zillion times. Characteristic of a band that doesn't quite have it together yet :)

May have been for the 'next-gen'. This was a boogie-brutal tune for those of us who came-of-age in that era. Made lots of us run away to the Left Coast. Along with the Haight-Ashbury scene; Dead; Airplane; Fillmore..........>Pardon me while I have a flash-back
