As much as I like Regina, I have to agree.  This album wasn't great.

My nipples are bursting with pleasure at the very thought.

If Tom tried to sing a song with such a fast time as this one, his liver would fall out and shatter.

Talented and creative. Oddly enough she reminds me of Randy Newman, but with a much lighter sense of humor. Where Randy tears chunks out of your heart, Regina nibbles away at it. In the end the effect is the same, but Regina kills you softly.

Some of the other songs are pretty good imho, but having listened to the album Far again recently, this album does rather pale in comparison...

The lyrics seem to be about a museum - possibly the Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC (since she lived in NYC for a long time) - which has a musical instrument wing, with violins, in what could be described as being "glass coffins".

The album for me is not as good as Far but then I think Far is really quite exceptional.  That said some songs and particularly this one are absolutely awesome.  10 the only possibile outcome for this one.

Seems to me that art hanging is museums probably is viewed and enjoyed by more people than the artist could ever have imagined when they created it.

I usually don't pay very much attention to other people when I'm in museums.  Quite an enjoyable tune.

First there's lights out, then there's lock up
Masterpieces serving maximum sentences
It's their own fault for being timeless
There's a price to pay and a consequence
All the galleries, the museums
Here's your ticket, welcome to the tombs
They're just public mausoleums
The living dead fill every room
But the most special are the most lonely
God, I pity the violins
In glass coffins they keep coughing
They've forgotten, forgotten how to sing

They will stay there in their gold frames

For forever, forever and a day

I just think this is brilliant. A very unique way of looking at it.
