| fredriley (Nottingham, UK) | Posted: Oct 24, 2012 - 10:29 I used to work in a shop with a guy, a real Yorkshire tyke, who would eat cold tripe and vinegar for lunch across the desk from me. I don't know what it tasted like and didn't want to find out, but it looked like stippled plastic and had the consistency of rubber. Being slapped across the face by that would have been pretty unpleasant, I'm sure: ![]() |

The SRO crowd erupted when Lowell ended the Tripe Face Boogie solo with that socket way past the end of the fretboard. Astounding concert. Astounding band. Always sounds simple but not many bands could cover them because of the syncopation. My favorite band of all time. Saw him 1 week before he died at the Park West (Chi-town). Sadly he was soo high he was off his game......9 |
| michaelgmitchell (Stirling, ON) | Posted: Aug 22, 2012 - 10:04 Now, THAT was a fun 7-8 minutes. Yummy. Edit: Woa. There's more. Okay, then. |
| daedalus (Over your hill) | Posted: Aug 22, 2012 - 09:59 Much respect. As far as I'm concerned they could do no wrong. Solid rockin' nine. |

| suesblues (Sydney, Australia) | Posted: Feb 14, 2012 - 13:07 downgraded this song when he started singing, loved the blues guitars at the start though, minus the voice |
| drictor (Victor, ID, Cultural center of the universe!) | Posted: Feb 14, 2012 - 13:05 Saw Bill Payne the other day with a Bozeman band called the Hooligans apres ski at the Trap Bar in Grand Targhee. The dude still rocks! The Hooligans brought their A game and it was really fun seeing Bill play his parts to various Feets songs. |

I have to say I prefer the live version. The original version of Cold, Cold, Cold from Sailin' Shoes is quite excellent also - more bluesy! |
| nagsheadlocal (North Carolina, the new New Jersey) | Posted: Nov 11, 2011 - 07:02 This is one of those albums that just blew me away on every level - even the Neon Park cover art was the source of endless fascination for me, to the point that when I noticed the license plate on the car said "HOY HOY" I immediately got a vanity plate for my car that said the same thing. To this day I have no idea what it means, but I still have that car and that plate, and I know I'm in hip traffic when someone honks the horn and points at the plate with a smile and a thumb's up. |

| PrincessRue (Laguna Beach) | Posted: Jul 08, 2011 - 13:19 i am old enough to remember this new and little feat changed our lives. we used to say "that rocks like a Moose" back then... dunno why... this clearly does, though... |

| paulmack (the hissing swamps) | Posted: Apr 04, 2011 - 16:03 This does not sound like the original studio version to me - either they stuck a live version on some new repackage or this is as a remastered version..... |
| wendyleefrancis (Somewhere in Canada) | Posted: Apr 04, 2011 - 16:01 Little Feat is one of the most creative bands to emerge from the mid-late 70s. I had the pleasure of seeing them live several times and never get tired of listening to their music. |

Sent her off with some homework at the College of Musical Knowledge. She came back stole them and now has lot of them on her ipod. The Little Feat keep being relevant is this house! |
