I think I'd like to go
Back home
And take it easy
There's a woman that
I'd like to get to know
Living there
Everybody seems to wonder
What it's like down here
I gotta get away
From this day-to-day
Running around
Everybody knows
This is nowhere
Everybody, everybody knows
Everybody knows
Every time I think about
Back home
It's cool and breezy
I wish that I could be there
Right now
Just passing time
Everybody seems to wonder
What it's like down here
I gotta get away
From this day-to-day
Running around
Everybody knows
This is nowhere
Everybody, everybody knows
Everybody knows

| nickhanks | Posted: May 18, 2011 - 07:08 Y'know, I grew up on Neil Young listening to his albums and leaning to play his songs, but in retrospect I now find his compositions and playing style tedious and unimaginative. Radio Paradise seems to play a disproportionate amount of Neil Young's music. I'm sorry to say that when I hear his songs, I just can't wait for them to end! That said, I really love Radio Paradise for the incredible variety of music that they play. There is excellent music in all styles and tastes and Radio Paradise samples them all. I've heard to artists that I had forgotten or never heard of. From Bollywood, to Mancini to George Harrison, to Joe Strummer and Antje Duvekot, you're the reason I still buy music! |
