I'm glad I know now when my house will be blessed!  I'll be sure not to follow his advice; I don't want my house blessed.

Has this really not been played in two years? Or just not commented on? Seems like I hear it every day. Put it back on ice for a while, Bill!

Been away from RP for a while. It's songs like this that I hear for the first time that make me realize what I am missing, and why I listen to RP...

Wow - you can hear his time with Ry Cooder and Taj Mahal. How do people like this get buried? Butting in between Paul Simon and Biob Marley and fitting in equally well.

What an immense sound! The lightest touch can be heard crystal clear, let alone when he's sliding or strumming! Imaginative Folk Blues.

Sittin on a creeky rockin' chair on my screened porch in the midst of a warm Memphis evenin' - I just groove out to Harry Manx. Ah... life is good.

I seen Harry Manx this year at the Harvest Jazz and Blues Festival in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. An unbelievable show. If you are wonderring about picking up one of his albums, do it! If you have the chance to see him, he will blow you away. He played Voodoo Child on a 6 string banjo! He also does some cool stuff with a mohan veena and a tamboura.

Harry Manx actually does a pretty good cover of Crazy Love by Van Morrison. Check out (click here) ... he used to have it available to download for free as an MP3.

Ah, the song that intro'd me to Radio Paradise. Some good associations here.

I first heard this song on a late night radio jazz program. I wasn't swift enough to write down the artist's name or the song title, but I did remember the line "only then will your house be blessed." I googled repeatedly for it over the next couple of months, then finally, RP must have added to it's playlist.

Other posters say they hear Van Morrison or Kevin Welch, among others. I thought for sure it was Kelly Joe Phelps.

A v. good song.

I bought it on a holiday in the west of Canada. I played it all the time in the car and loved it, as did my wife. That was one and a half year ago. We still love to play it. It's great music. Highly recommended...

Nice laid back sound, great guitar, wouldn't mind hearing it again, perhaps touches of Ry cooder and Van Morrison
