I don't think the Pixies did this song. It's a Leo original, but there's no evidence that I can find that they've even done a one-off of it.

I've been a Kottke fan since the early '70's. But this song is NOT one of his best. In fact, the longer it goes on the more I hate it.

On a really early album's liner notes, Kottke compared his singing to goose farts. I really like his work and we share the same home state, but he has much more to offer than this cut.
