I´m with you there. Always thought I would like them more if I were younger and more superficial. But, given I am wise, older and deep and complex and all, I think of them as simply showing up on my "amusing" radar. This one hits the spot, though. Yours humbly.

This station and brother Bill is about as close to the late 60s sittin' on the couch w/ my stoner GI buddies (and our long hair dope peddling friends ) as it gets. Enjoy!

8 ==> 9  His voice fits the lyrics - ever yearning, but never satisfied.  "Maybe tomorrow I'll find my way home."  Then the guitar solo slides in to echo the same mood, with the fuzz tone like the raspiness of his voice .  Excellent music!

There's something about this song...

I wrote about this a couple of years ago, and although a lot of songs don't really do that, this took me straight back to where I was. In a push-the-chair-back-close-your-eyes-and-you're-there kind of way.

I still don't really care for Stereophonics. But I still wish I were back in Lipari.

Speaking of Rod Stewart...they covered "Handbags and Gladrags", the song also done by Stewart. (This song also happens to be the theme song for the British version of "The Office".)
