I love Tori, but Chopin is a tough act to follow.

I like Tori but am not a fan of this song.  But I am continually impressed by Bill's talent in putting themed sets together.  In this case, Tori's nice piano follows a beautiful piano piece by Chopin.  Brilliant.

The segue from Chopin's Nocturne No. 1 into this song gave me goosebumps.

Tori and I are complicated.  Her piano is fantastic and lots of times her songwriting is very good as well, but her delivery is just too tinkly and precious.

This is one of my absolute favorite Tori songs. It absolutely captures the messed-up world of a classically-trained, self-depricating female musician.

This has been dedicated to SO many men on my behalf.

I've forgiven all of them, btw.

This was Tori in her prime. Sigh...

Recently I found myself thinking that since (and including) 'From The Choirgirl Hotel' every Tori album sounds like a 'Best of' collection! Every song a winner. 'Upside Down' is great, too.

Like it or not, Tori is producing a body of work that, IMHO will be listened to for many generations after us.
