Puke is actually a historic term referring to the pro-slavery faction that terrorized abolitionist families in Kansas Territory shortly before the Civil War, raping and murdering in order to support slavery in the new state of Kansas. The "pukes" were generally poor and did not own slaves themselves, but were whipped into a murderous frenzy by wealthy slave owners through their surrogates in the press. These days it is the fossil fuel industry using right wing and "libertarian" think tanks to whip up fear and hate in order to protect their wealth and power. And while the modern pukes may not be killing anyone directly, their actions are leading humanity to disaster.

Right-wing hate and stupidity has been used by the wealthy and powerful to protect their wealth and power before. I think it is high time the modern-day "pukes" and their puppetmasters were called out and held to account.

I love it... they make a accusation (with no examples).  And then when you make the same accusation... they want specific examples.

The same tactics are used by the left-wing wealthy.  That you blithely ignore that makes you a puke.

As to Todd Mohr doing the artwork and production, etc, can you say gigantic egotistical control freak? Because he was back then, arrogant as heck. If you weren't a hot young woman, you didn't exist at his gigs or even the supermarket or Target. I know a lot of geniuses and successful people are partly successful due to high self-esteem, but he really ain't no genius, and his ego's bigger than his music.

I suppose you believe the earth is flat, the sun revolves around the earth, and evolution is false. This would be funny if the consequences for all of us weren't so grave. Idiots like this may very well kill us all with their stupidity.

And they are not Gore's numbers. They are consensus figures from 1,000+ climatologists. You know, "dem educated liberals" you demonize so you don't have to think. I really like this song...it speaks volumes about the direction of the world

I love this CD. It's quite varied, so this song is very different from the rest. Very bluesy, R&B, and rock all at once. These guys are unbelievable live so do go see them if you get a chance. They rock! Saw them last Friday and Loved it!
