Great album, but not a great song. There is much better to choose from on this lp. A lot more if you go back further.

i live in the Replacement's home town, and a recently had a cousin visit from out of state. Our elaborate skyway system came up in conversation and he had no idea what i was talking about. so, to clarify for those who may not know, a skyway is that enclosed bridge walkway thing between buildings—skyscrapers usually, and usually a story or two above the street. ...not sure about other cities, but they are everywhere in Minneapolis—probably because it sucks walking outside in the winter—and have shops and various vendors along them.

Nope, don't have 'em. Sunny and 75 degrees in the winter, and summer, in San Diego.{#Nyah}

Great album.

It's amazing this is the only cut off of it on the Main.

Bizarre.

Oh. The other ones lean a little Power Poppy. {#Naughty}

From Wiki:

After the other band members discovered first-generation English punk bands like The Clash, Dogbreath changed their name to The Impediments and played a drunken performance without Tommy Stinson at a church hall gig in June 1980. After being banned from the venue for disorderly behaviour, they changed their name to the Replacements. In an unpublished memoir, Mars later explained the band's choice of name: "Like maybe the main act doesn't show, and instead the crowd has to settle for an earful of us dirtbags. <...> It seemed to sit just right with us, accurately describing our collective 'secondary' social esteem".

We usually use underground cities here in Canuckistan... Toronto's PATH and Montreal's RESU are two of the largest in the world.

When I heard Skyway, I thought of this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_N._Allan_Skyway_Bridge

Good song, though. :)

Jeez, you'd think you would know how to spell the name of your home city, but that seems to not be your only problem.

Make up your F*&%#@ng mind! Is it good or not?
