Can you feel that love it is blinding,
He can’t see anyone but her.
She flew away long ago with the band and a model,
Still he thinks he can win back her love.
Too high, you are too blind.
You don’t have to hold my hand,
I understand he said then added this thought.
Her life is stormy and fame’s left her lonely,
Without me it’s all shallow and dark.
Too high,
You are too blind.
Keep that soul alive,
Where there’s truth you’ll hide.
Too high,
You are too blind.
You are...
You are too blind.
He can’t see anyone but her.
She flew away long ago with the band and a model,
Still he thinks he can win back her love.
Too high, you are too blind.

Too high,

Too high,

You are...
You are too blind.

| rdo (DC) | Posted: Jan 29, 2013 - 14:21 I finally got around to getting a High Violets CD, and this was it. I liked it. I'll have to get another...I am not sure why they are not better known. They probably did not catch some wave and ride it - due to timing, most likely. Or, maybe it's just that the lead singer doesn't strip down like Beyonce or Gaga. |

| coloradojohn (A Mile High and then some, Cherry Creek, Denver) | Posted: Nov 29, 2012 - 17:56 Still one of the coolest buzz-extenders out there! Those breathy whispers that come in just before the jamming bass and wicked guitar are soooo cool... |
