Thanks for the tip, but I think I'll stick with the delectable Anna. For all that they're a good band, The Doves have all the subtlety and finesse of a nail-studded club across the bonce, whereas Anna is subtle, evocative, atmospheric and so typically Scandinavian. It's the devil's own job finding her CDs in proper record shops in the UK, though (screw Amazon).
