I could see that but I imagine the list of songs which would prevent vomiting if one were "inebriated...on the verge of passing out and feeling queasy" would be a shorter list.

yes I only hear Eels here on rp, and a lot of it seems.

Is it a coincidence that the cover dude has a ZZ  Top beard, and they had an LP Tres Hombres?

The album is called Hombre Lobo, and he howls like a wolf. Unless the OP was hearing some obscure potato reference I missed.

Zombie movie soundtrack moment...

Our proverbial scared couple during the zombie apocalypse running down an abandoned urban street.  Street lights flickering faintly, giving flashes of the shambling freaks on their slow pursuit...

I'd suggest a vampire movie, but that's too obvious.  Only something lame like Twilight would be so blatant about it, not that anyone that would be involved with that crap would have good enough taste to have ever heard this song.

{#Roflol} It's a 9 from the Nottingham jury, which finds it hard to believe that this funfest comes from the usually bland and boring Eels. And what a great howl - ahoooooooooooo!! :o)

Although we have a fundamental disagreement over this song, I had to push away from the desk so I could laugh without spraying my monitor. . .

This is without a doubt the most overplayed song ever on RP!  Come on...every day when I hear this song AGAIN, I feel like I'm listening to commercial radio.

RP is usually better than this!

The guitar riff always reminds me of a Los Lobos song off of Kiko.  I'll have to think about which one it is.
