Totally agree, Orchestra have a lovely groove, and a beautiful tone, especially the lead guitarist who is fine, fine, fine.

In the first bars of the intro, this immediately reminded me of Orchestra Baobab.
If you like this, you'll definitely want to check out Orchestra Baobab, a legendary Senegalese band with Cuban influences. I particularly like their great guitar play.

Hmmm... thought I liked them and it was a nice transition from El Chicano.  This one tired quickly though.

Edit: I see that I rated a couple of their songs pretty high so it's just that I don't care that much for this one.

Very cool - a Latinized version of music I heard wafting out of downtown Kampala 15 years ago while visiting Makerere University. Beautiful stuff to me. Brings back a particularly valuable and longstanding memory. Thanks RP! I give this a 7 but it will likely end up an 8 or a 9 eventually.
