quality quitar picking != good music

that said, I do like this particular example, but there are lots of guitar player's guitar players on RP that I don't enjoy (Sonny Landreth for one).

Yes, this sounds like there is a backing guitar, and maybe some half asleep dude on bongos.  Or maybe it's just Mr. Bundy on a stool in the studio.  I don't really care either way.  I can appreciate the talent, acknowledge the artistry, and still find the song itself to be uninteresting.

Listening to this I too was reminded of a Don Ross and Andy McKee duo performance.  Very cool stuff.  Only one Don Ross track on RP and nothing of Andy McKee.  That's a shame.
