I think it might be just you - to me it sounds like a song about a painless suicide. Mind you, most of Radiohead's songs sound like that to me.

I think I'm being assimilated by Thom Yorke - from wanting to slap him round the chops with a wet fish, I now find myself almost liking his songs. I think it must be some kind of subminal hypnotics weaved into the instrumentals...

Unfortunately it is very possible that there will not be another - not for a long time, anyways.  Who knows - Thom is a true artist - they all are - and they can and should change their minds all the time.

I do agree that this one is a little, well, moody, maybe.  Even for a slow RH song - that being said, there isn't a RH song under an 8 for me, I don't think.

We're now at 7.7 average....!  Is it just me or am I noticing the ratings of all the tunes from this album are gradually inching higher and higher?!  Hmmmm?  Funny how people eventually "come around" ;-)

  RadioHead: I still think that this group R.Head goes through a phase something errant, after watching a performance uninteresting, including pantomimes what the lead-singer went on to do while singing, difficult to digest, yesterday onstage at Bonnaroo. To make matters worse, the choice of the electronic lights scene is disappointing and distasteful, because deliberately obscures, almost impossible to visualize the members of the band in their work. Perhaps to disguise and distract from the poor quality of sound produced. Nah .....

Rodrigo & Gabriela and her band, excellent performance yesterday in Bonnaroo. They did a show with joy, vitality, harmony, augmented with by new beautiful musical nuances, using the possibilities offered by the band of support that helped. Five stars.

Yeah, maybe they do... But... They also make a funeral cheerful compared to the misery displayed in most of their songs. You must be in the mood for their music. Not every hour of the day I like Radiohead.
