Saw them jam on Jimmy Fallon a couple nights ago...they had to play a shortened version of Elephant (^%^%&$ obnoxious commercial-glutted network policies nowadays!) but wow, they looked mighty cool...
I still love this, my original exposure to them...

They're on tour in North America right now.  The AMG write-up says " They were as likely to be channeling the Nazz as the Jimi Hendrix Experience."  That's it!  Particularly this song, the vocals are Nazz!  No wonder I like it!

Let's see - so far there are 100 comments for this song.  Let me think of an observation that not one of the previous posts has mentioned: um, it sounds strangely reminiscent of The Beatles.

Such classic, real-life stuff, and it doesn't get any more hip than the music these guys weave behind it...  I love that I heard this here, and that I am hearing it here now...

You gorgot the great follow-up line: "to her I must seem like a friend in need." Or words to that effect.

Great tune.

I like this, but the overall phase shifter effect is a bit annoying. I really like the bass part and atmospheric guitar mutterings.
