When I die, let the wolves enjoy my bones.
When I die, let me go.
When I die, you can push me out to sea.
When I die, set me free.
When I die, let the sharks come round to feed.
When I die, set me free.
Oh the world is dark, and I’ve looked as far as I can see.
When the years have torn me apart, let me be.

When I die, let the flames devour me.
When I die, set me free.
When I die, throw my ashes to the breeze.
When I die, scuttle (?) me.
Whole world is dark, and I’ve looked as far as I can see.
When the years have torn me apart
Let me be, let me be, let me be, let me be
Daylight is waiting for you. Daylight is waiting for you…..
| ch83575 | Posted: Apr 27, 2013 - 10:50 I really like the girl's voice, and the harmonies are quite good. Reminds me slightly of the Stanley Brothers, in that it is really the person signing harmony (Ralph for the Stanleys, the chick for these two) who makes it sound good, not the dude on melody. |
| auburntigerrich (Edge of the 'Verse) | Posted: Apr 27, 2013 - 10:48 My ears perked up instantly. Love the subtle slide guitar back there. Mixes really well with the harmony. I'd kill to hear this live in my local watering hole on a quiet, rainy night. 9. |
| bb_matt (Hampshire, England) | Posted: Apr 10, 2013 - 03:21 Derivative and slightly dull. |
| scraig (Santa Barbara, CA) | Posted: Mar 20, 2013 - 08:36 yes, let's bump this up a bit in the rotation and keep an eye on them in the future. 8 |

| bitbanger (Upper West Side) | Posted: Nov 21, 2012 - 11:09 Nice. Love to hear new NYC bands. Lotta good music coming out of Brooklyn. |
| sssterling | Posted: Nov 14, 2012 - 21:56 Beautiful! Fits right in with my belief that we are not bodies with immortal souls; we are souls just temporarily inhabiting these bodies. |
| AndyJ (Oregon) | Posted: Oct 14, 2012 - 13:23 Good harmony... very nice. I guess one needs to be in a mood for this speed, sound, subject. curiously, I wa just having such a conversation. Login and *poof*... Sometimes it's like RP is reading my mood too intently... But Thanks for the intro to somebody new... |

| jah_blessed (Netherlands) | Posted: Jul 11, 2012 - 05:11 My upload! Good to hear it's in rotation. Yes, the lyrics may be a bit dark, but if you listen through to the end, they're not so morbid as may seem at first. One could interpret them as life-affirming. Female singer is Caitlin Canty and her music is also worth checking out. (Unfortunately my uploads of some of her tracks were rejected. Maybe someone else has better luck.) |
| mrtuba9 (most likely near Normal) | Posted: Jul 06, 2012 - 12:52 Thanks again, Bill. Another Amazon MP3 purchase... |
| DeAun | Posted: Jul 04, 2012 - 10:52 ![]() Returning our nutrients to nature seems like the least we can do after having extracting so many of them for so many years, besides there are very few things I can imagine worse than being stuck in a graveyard. Please, please, set me free........... fredriley wrote: Probably, but wtf, at least it returns your nutrients to nature. | Darlington (Columbia, South Carolina) | Posted: May 30, 2012 - 13:23 Peter Bradley Adams, half of this duo was also in Eastmountainsouth, another excellent, but now defunct duo that has a couple of songs on RP.
